From my dear friend @juliaxliindra 's Fallout Inktober on Instagram! I'll post all 3 works here in a bit. :) Day 31's theme was Halloween and I wanted to draw my Fallout 3 Lone Wanderer Jaceline Hale with Butch just bonding over sweets and reminiscing about Halloween in 101. Two versions, 1 is slightly brighter than the other.
