The fallout Miami mod ain’t out yet but that ain’t gonna stop me from makin’ a fuckin’ OC

Her name’s Louie Tides and she runs her station Tidal Wave Radio and is a fuckin dork ass loser

Her backstory is she Used to run with those surfers “The Tide Riders” who’re led by that one cool ghoul who survived wiping out and washing up in miami and looked at his surfboard n was like “I can make a religion outta this”

and uh, turns out she was Shit at Surfing

which is their whole gig

so she ended up leaving on her own accord to save herself further embarassment

She still likes them though n considers them friends, periodically playing solely surfer music for blocks here n there for them. 

now she’s holed up in the old university where The Dreamers hang out

she stays off the Luna tho

Can’t keep a radio station going if ur too high to function

also she uses surfer slang still and calls everyone including her listeners “babe” for reasons unknown
