Seriph told me to post the story of my most recent job interview, so here it is:
I was applying for a position at the local church for the place I'm visiting because I figured that would be the best way to gather information regarding the divine rules of the realm (as one does) when some absolutely insane stuff happened. I had showed up early and got my interview done quickly because apparently there were other applicants so I was waiting in the lobby waiting for news and talking with the second applicant who had just finished her interview (I also had a conversation with the third while they were waiting, somehow they could tell I wasn't a native to the realm, but whatever) when the leader of the church came out with the third applicant. She told me that I had got the job then got into a heated discussion with the third applicant (something about their past and their beliefs differing if I remember correctly) when she *pulled a sword* on the the applicant. I was absolutely stunned by this development, but tried to deescalate the situation nonetheless. I failed to persuade her to put the sword down and she just *killed the applicant?* I don't know what in the Nine hells that was about but hopefully i can stay out of that shit while I'm gathering information.
Sorry if this seems to have been me just rambling, hopefully it'll at least make some semblance of sense. Also the third applicant *isn't dead somehow* and I have no idea how.
