Pt.1 To be fair, I didn't give you references for the words I chose from Jensen, but your examples are not for what I was saying prior. The adj.'s I mentioned that were used by Jensen in the correct contextual setting were not said by him to be insulting or rudely sarcastic to Misha. They were sincere, even amidst some jovial settings.
Pt.2 And I don’t know what ring you’re referring to. I was talking about a silver ring that Misha said Jensen gifted him. I was also talking about a matching black rubber bracelet. Also, it may not have been called a ‘vacation’, they called it a family boat trip. Regardless, they’ve spent time together outside of set. My point is, Jensen loves and cares for Misha, and you’d be blind or dense to not see that. They won best chemistry at the teen choice awards, so I’ll leave it at that.
Actually, those words you listed were mostly used facetiously or sarcastically, but cockles gif makers tend to cut them off before Jensen says ‘just kidding’ or motions ‘no’ or pretends to vomit.
We’re talking about the same silver ring and, sorry not sorry, I’ll take Jensen’s word over Misha’s because Misha prefers to tell his fans what they want to hear rather than the truth.
The various rubber bracelets were gifts (there have been several) from fans to all of the cast, some with printed words, some with stamped words, some plain, usually in support of some cause.
The boat trip lasted a few hours and was not some spontaneous outing, and was certainly not a ”vacation” under any real definition. Both Jensen and Misha have admitted that PR told them to do it for the TCA. Same with the sunset pic.
As for the TCA itself, why on earth would you ever think that proves how close they are or aren’t? It’s won by mass tweeting and voting, not by any kind of reality or merit. It’s a clickbait award and all it proves is that cockles fans are dedicated and have way too much time on their hands.
(Unless you also believe that Jared and Misha are now closer than Jensen and Misha? Because mishalecki won it the following year.)
Does Jensen get along with, and have fun with, Misha? Sure, at work though. They do not spend time together that isn’t work related, there’s never been one sighting of them hanging out, there are no stories from either of them (no matter how many times the cockles fans ask) of spending time together away from work.
At this last con, the only story Misha could offer (again) was the one of sharing a house for a night while filming the S12 finale, which was all about him and Jared because Jensen slept through it all. And, at a previous con, all he had was the three of them skipping rocks between takes while filming that same finale.
Never spending voluntary time with someone, and ignoring them whenever you think fans aren’t watching, are not signs of loving someone or even of being close friends. Take your shipping goggles off, quit blindly accepting photoshopped pics and shippy photo ops and carefully edited gifs in place of reality, quit reading fake meta and believing in ‘alternative facts’.
Quit. Drinking. The. Koolaid.
Or, if you want to keep living in your headcanon fantasy bubble, with your head firmly buried in the sand, quit looking at and arguing with blogs that recognize and tell the truth.
