As followers of Christ Jesus, we are called to be spiritually sound, and acutely aware of any false doctrine and distortions being made to the Holy word of God.
Jesus made it clear that anyone who adds or takes away from His word would be in danger facing His holy wrath (Revelation 22:18-19). As such, not only does changing the word of God directly misrepresent God to the masses, it also leads His children onto the broader path to damnation.
This is not something the Lord will stand for, and His followers, neither should we.
Beware of those who spin the Gospel into means for prosperity; promising God’s blessings over you and your family if you donate to their mega churches. These people tell of God’s grace, but leave out His hatred for sin, and its consequences of eternal damnation. They don’t care about you, your salvation, or your spiritual walk with Christ. Instead, they’re focused on the pleasures and wealth of this world, trading the riches of heaven for a world that is passing away.
They aren’t interested in your soul being saved. Rather, they’re interested in what new sports car they’re going to be buying, or the luxury of owning private jets. The palates of this world have choked the word within them, and they have become unfruitful.
Preachers like these are Joel Olsteen, Joyce Meyer, Kenneth Copeland, Robert Morris, Tony Evans, or really any mega church pastor.
These false pastors can come in all sorts of shapes and sizes. The enemy has more than one disguise after all. As such, any teaching that goes against and contradicts scripture is not worth listening to. Our job as Christians is to peach the unsugarcoated, unaltered word of the Lord to a world that does not know Him.
We are called to be rejected, insulted, and persecuted for the faith. And if we compromise that just fit in with the world that killed the perfect man, then we’ve clear which side we’re on, and it isn’t God’s.
God bless, Jesus loves you ✝️❤️

10 MISCONCEPTIONS About Church History
(and Christianity In General)
DEBUNKED
Acts 20:29-31 NRSVA
"I know that after I have gone, savage wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock. Some even from your own group will come distorting the truth in order to entice the disciples to follow them. Therefore be alert, remembering that for three years I did not cease night or day to warn everyone with tears."
Study questions:
(1) What does Paul mean by "after I have gone"?
(2) What does he mean by "from your own group"? What group is he referring to?
(3) Why does he emphasize that he warned them with tears? What kind of warning does this imply?
A Powerful Delusion
11 And because of this, God will send to them a working of delusion, for them to believe what is false, 12 in order that all those not having believed the truth but having delighted in unrighteousness should be judged. — 2 Thessalonians 2:11-12 | Berean Literal Bible (BLB) The Berean Literal Bible © 2016 by Bible Hub and Berean Bible. The Expression "Deeds of the Law" is Talmud, Not "The Laws of God"
We always thought that the Law of Elohim in the Pentateuch, given to Moses on Mount Horeb on the Sinai peninsula, was eliminated by this verse Romans 3:20 and others in Galatians under the preaching of the Apostle Paul. But now it turns out that it is and always was false. The expression “Deeds of the Law” is Talmud (rabbinic traditions, discussions of Jewish laws, customs and halakha, passed…

Churches God acknowledges as His church
Church of Christ
End of list
Matthew 16:18
[18]And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
The church of Christ teaches the one true gospel, unrevised and biblically founded. There's only one faith, one gospel, one baptism, and one truth. If you attend any other church than church of Christ, I encourage you to switch to one. Those looking to join christianity, I also encourage to become a member of the church of Christ.
I hope God guides you down the one true path that leads to salvation. Have a good rest of your Sunday.
