The world definitely would be a better place, but most hate comes from ignorance. If people were more educated on etiquette and polite culture it would be better. It's too bad people take everything for granted. Especially literature in all forms.

Very true, lovely. Ignorance, and let's not forget jealousy. It's pitiful really, how many attack simply because they can't stand the person looking back at them in the mirror every day. 

Add to that, the lack of such morals/capacities like you explained perfectly, and we have haters on our hands. -sighs-
