I am offering fanfic about a plethora of Doctor Who characters and ships, ranging from, of course, Jenny/Vastra and the Paternoster Gang in general as well as ships such as Tom Foster/Stonn and Vastra/Vella, to Thasmin(x TARDIS), Fugitive Doctor x Mels Zucker (or River Song), to the Sarah Jane Adventures with Sarah Jane and the kids!

Further, I specifically focus on writing F/F ships, aro/ace characters, trans/nonbinary interpretations, and platonic ships, as well as (not listed but still worth mentioning) autistic headcanons for any and all of the characters listed.

TL;DR Fans are very good at collective action. Like, remember how Archive of Our Own started with a LiveJournal post saying: hey can’t we do this ourselves? I’m always just amazed by what fans can accomplish. :)

For me, there’s been a huge shift towards the political and towards activism. In doing my research on mental distress in fanfic, I’ve started to learn more about how things like stereotype, stigma, ableism, criticism and anti-criticism, and purity culture play out in both our stories and the communities around them… And though it might be confirmation bias or echo chambering, I’ve noticed other fans around me going on this journey towards resistance and self-reflection, too. Fans have always been a really thoughtful group, but I see a lot more activism and even rebellion going on around me than I used to.
