Fun fact for today about my apprentice Ame:

He can't pronounce Ilya. He's tried, the closest he'll get is like "eee-ah". He stumbles on Julian too: always jumping over the "li" sound or stuttering on the J.

For the longest time Ame referred to Julian as Doctor Devorak (even though that's just as much of a mouthful as either name) both because of formalities and because he knows he'll mess up saying Julian's first name.

And although Lucio really ruined the nickname for him, Ame is the only other person allowed to call Julian Jules because its the one name he can actually get right :')

It's 10am i'm tired have a dump of headcanons about my fan apprentices nobody asked for (part one of ??)

If you don't wake Rimski up he will sleep for 20 hours regardless of if he has plans or not

You can never tell if Ziya's "spooked girl" act is genuine or a facade she pulls when she gets caught sneaking around, even so she still has the capability to break your kneecaps

Axel has never made a self deprecating joke in their life and it shows

Axel is glad they weren't shoved into the sub species of demons that had goat legs/any form of animal legs

Axel is most likely to kinkshame you

Mirkov (isn't a fan apprentice but more of an oc in the arcanaverse) is pretty much the father figure of all my apprentices and if your apprentice interacts with him he'll most likely "adopt" them too

In dog form Rimski shoved his snout into a barrel of berries and had to spend a solid two hours washing his fur from the stains

Let 👏 Ziya 👏 say 👏 fuck 👏

Ziya's the best of both worlds she'll make flower crowns in the garden with you AND spar with you to touch up on her knife skills

Ziya's a happy drunk who'll braid a stranger's hair and tell them how much she loves them, Rimski's a mix between daredevil and flirtatious asshole drunk, Axel doesn't get intoxicated while drinking so they're their normal memelord self (if they did get drunk somehow they'd be an emotional drunk)

Rimski has commitment issues and will continue to do so until he's free from his family's chains (metaphorically)

Ziya is super into physical affection whether its platonic or romantic, everyone gets forehead and cheek kissies (unless they're uncomfortable with it)

Axel's very homesick but they'll never tell a soul that

Rimski's familiar is (unsurprisingly if you read his bio) a flying fox bat named Flick, if you ever see Rimski by himself at anytime it's most likely Flick is lurking in the shadows

Ziya's familiar is a female Aardwolf named Moree, they're overly protective of eachother and Ziya becomes heavily distraught and panicky when she's separated from her

Axel's familiar is a mirror.

I'm kidding or am I? Axel's familiar is a hellhound that can change its size from average pup to looming giant of doom. It's name is Camus and it is the friendliest hellhound you'll ever meet (unless you have bad blood with Axel, then Axel will have to cuddle it to stop it from going big and crushing you)

Mirkov's familiar is a sphinx who speaks in an ancient tongue that only Mirkov knows (from what he's heard so far that is), it is only visible to those with magical aptitude and does not take kindly to being stared at, its name is Kof

chava headcanons #1

ok y’all will probably have to strap in i’m gonna be posting a bunch of these bc from here it’s alllll arcana hell

chava looks up to asra a lot but doesn’t think of it romantically most of the time, i think. they’re a bit sullen when he won’t tell them things, often unintentionally rubbing it in his face. they takes their work as his apprentice very seriously and feels that forging a romantic relationship with him would be...weird. like dating your teacher when you don’t have a teacher kink.

when chava first meets nadia she is Absolutely Flustered. not only is the countess at my door oh my stars but she’s pretty in a very regal and commandeering way. chava is always happy to tell fortunes and test their skills, but when it comes to cute people requesting that from them.....they just Can’t Even. and then they’re offered a stay in her estate...???

going along with that, chava isn’t used to luxury. they’re used to living very humbly so they don’t even know what to do or say when invited to the palace.

since chava has weak legs, they knew that they wouldn’t be able to escape when julian came to the shop, so they try to negotiate (even though they know it won’t work, probably.) it works even less when chava realizes that julian is very attractive. they can barely get words out of their mouth

as soon as chava sees portia, they immediately want to be friends with her. immediately. no questions asked. portia smiles and chava is immediately doe-eyed.

so far chava thinks everyone is attractive and it’s a problem

Apprentice Rosa's familiar is very cute (and Nadia also approves as she does not climb on the furniture like M&M did)
