wanted to do something fun inspired on the friend inside me meme but with a Shadowguy and also like I tried to put there the shadow mantle sneaking into TV world, so this would kinda fit between chapter 1's ending and/or during chapter 2 when Tenna is plugged in again 😆
the colors may differ a bit from part 1 because I don't remember what I did to make the reds less bright in the first 8 pages but this is close enough!
I wanted to try an almost flat and not too saturated comic style but I still gotta lot to learn if I want to replicate that kinda comic style better, so here I just did what came to mind in the moment 😅
I also wanted to include some Sunset riders references but I couldn't really fit any on here, here's a few things I also didn't include
Jongler coming up with a backstory for themselves or just that were they came from was a very western/cowboy inspired house, and the TV there was like their parent, later they were bought by the Dreemurs on a garden sale or something to that style, didn't include it because I thought it could make things a bit unnecessarily long and I wasn't too convinced of this headcanon anyways lol
there's Battat also running over cows, it was a reference to Sunset riders where they do that.
How the recent episode should've ended if you ask me.
Can we please stop it with the trope of the suicidal character sacrificing themselves for the greater good and calling it as part of their arc??? It may be controversial to say it but it kinda gives a really harmful message to your audience.
(especially if said audience is mostly made of a bunch of minors)

AU where Romeo never died & survived the narrative to meet P.
I imagine this AU to have a very bitter Romeo present during P's creation. He's helping Geppetto & gaining his trust, begrudgingly, as a bit of a double agent with Lea. Yet Romeo is always procrastinating on the moment he will FINALLY "stop this". He never does. He always has an excuse. But that doesn't smooth over the fury he feels every time he sees P. And he's not sure what makes him more angry, the fact that a replacement is being made for someone he loved or that the tiny details don't match. That there are areas where Geppetto felt the need to fix, improve, or just couldn't be bothered to remember correctly. It infuriates Romeo and yet no matter how righteously he dreams of himself breaking P so Carlo's integrity wouldn't be bastardized anymore he can't bring himself to commit to it. He misses him.
This AU leans toward the idea that P&Carlo eventually are the same - for the love of the melodrama :)
