Ingredients: 1 lb crab meat, cooked. 1 lb lobster meat, cooked. 1 onion, diced. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 2 carrots, diced. 2 celery stalks, diced. 1 red bell pepper, diced. 4 cups seafood broth. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup dry sherry. 2 tablespoons tomato paste. 2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning. 1 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish.
Instructions: Add seafood broth, heavy cream, sherry, tomato paste, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper to a slow cooker. Then add crab meat, lobster meat, onion, garlic, carrots, celery, red bell pepper, and pepper. Mix things together well. Put the lid on top and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours, until the vegetables are soft and the flavors blend. Taste the food before serving and make any necessary seasoning changes. Add chopped parsley on top and serve hot.
