Witcher friends, I need your help!!

These are screenshots from my first playthrough of tw3, which was on Switch. My question is: How the hell did I manage to get the wolf gear before getting to the Ugly Baby quest?

For those who don't know, Kaer Morhen is supposed to be inaccsessible until you finish the main quest lines of Velen, Novigrad and Skellige. And to get the wolf school diagrams you need to go to Kaer Morhen.

These screenshots obviously show I got the armor before even finishing the Novigrad quests, and my question is how? I vividly remember having gone to Kaer Morhen to do the quest, and I remember constantly switching between cat, griffin and wolf armor as i got upgrades, and being annoyed at how quickly they replaced each other.

I never used cheats (dunno if you even can on switch) and it was the real witcher set, not a look alike or something.

My only idea is maybe some book unlocks a fast travel point like the maps in Skellige do? Or maybe in an early switch version their was always a fast travel point there?

How did I get to Kaer Morhen early? Please, if you have any idea, help me, it's bugging me to no end.

So what exactly is supposed to be the timeline from “Together With Me” to “Bad Romance” to “Together With Me: The Next Chapter”? In “Next Chapter”, Knock says they’ve been a couple “2 or 3 years” which is not very helpful *SIGH* I assumed “Next Chapter” was going to be at least 1 year after they’ve all graduated, but if Knock is saying they’ve only been a couple 2-3 years, that timeline wouldn’t quite add up?

We know for sure Korn and Knock reunited a the beginning of their freshman year of college. But most everything else is up in the air.

Their first drunken hook-up happens during a break from school (Korn’s mom complains about how he’s only spending 2 days at home for his 2-month break). I don’t know enough about Thai university schedules to know at what point in the school year they might get a 2-month break, but we can assume this break was either around the middle of the school year or at the end of the school year. Just before Korn kissed Knock, he made a big deal about how long it’s been since they’ve seen each other. Since they were both in engineering and likely saw each other often in classes, I’m assuming he was referring to all the time they spent apart after Knock moved away when they were kids. If they had already had one or more school years with each other, seeing each other often for classes or just hanging out, it would be odd to make such a big deal about it at that point (though, he was drunk so...). I’m leaning towards their first hook-up happening towards the middle of their freshman year.

We can then assume that the ending of “Together With Me” was around the end of their freshman year, and from that we can assume that Korn and Knock were “official” by the end of their first year of college.

It’s been a while since I watched “Bad Romance” but I don’t remember it having many clues about what year they’re in. There are also lot of continuity issues between “Bad Romance” and “Together With Me”. Lack of clues and continuity issues make the timeline of “Bad Romance” much more nebulous and hard to pin down.

Putting “Bad Romance” aside, assuming that universities in Thailand require 4 years of study for a bachelor’s degree, and that Korn and Knock became an official couple at the end of their freshman year, they would have already been together for 3 years by the time they graduated.

So for “Next Chapter”, if what Knock said about them being together 2-3 years is correct, they would have to be fresh out of college. Are they supposed to be new graduates just out of school??? If that’s the case, it makes me think that “Bad Romance” likely took place in their junior or senior year of college. I say that because many of the relationship issues Korn and Knock faced during “Bad Romance” are still hanging around in “Next Chapter”. Knock wants to go out every night and stay out late partying, while Korn wants to spend a quiet/intimate evening at home. Knock wants to be more publicly open about their relationship, Korn wants to keep it discrete. It would make sense for these issues to not be resolved yet if not much time has passed between “Bad Romance” and “Next Chapter”, and it would make sense why there hasn’t been a ton of character growth either (looking at you, Knock).

I seriously thought during the first half of Jin's Wings short film that we were finally getting some concrete answers. Like, I was convinced they were trying to tell us that every "character" we've seen so far IS Jin. He has an apple like Jimin, a lighter/fire like Yoongi, there are scratches on his bedroom doors and we saw Tae scratching at a door with graffiti on it, there were chains around the wardrobe like there were chains around Namjoon's phone booth, the paintings from Jungkook and J-Hope's shorts are there... Jin is everyone!! And everyone is Jin. They're all different aspects of youth. But by the end I feel like that's not at all what they were trying to convey :/ *sigh* I think I'll leave the theorizing to others lol

BTS and Nirvana?

I was just watching an unboxing of the new BTS album and it hit me... there seems to be a lot of Nirvana references with this comeback/album?

The intro is called "Never Mind" (Nirvana had an album called Nevermind)

Rapmon wore a Nirvana t-shirt in the Prologue video.

V wore a Nirvana shirt in the Run MV (and he's floating in water, like the baby on the cover of Nirvana's Nevermind)

In the blue version of the album, the photobook has "Teen spirit" (as in Smells Like Teen Spirit) and "come as you are" (another Nirvana song) written on some of the pages.

In the peach version there's "Never mind" and "Teen spirit" again.

It's not a ton of references, but it's enough to make me think it's not necessarily coincidental. As if someone behind BTS’s design/styling is really into Nirvana and decided to incorporate little bits and pieces into the graphics/clothing lol

This is the best theory I’ve seen for “Run” so far.

BUT it goes against pretty much everything people theorized about the “I Need U” MV, with the theory that everyone except Jin (and V) died. We all assumed that “I Need U” and “Run” were going to be connected, but maybe not?

*waits for another theory that can manage to connect everything and make all right with the world*

I'm on bedrest for the next (hopefully!) six weeks until my little one is born. So I have taken on the task of debunking 1dbehindthescenes at every turn. She just keeps on keeping on, and I love calling her out on her BS. I message every non-anon that messages her, and I message every person that likes or reblogs her posts. I know it'll make no difference, but I literally have NOTHING else to do, and it's the least I can do in the war on Modest. :)

Oh my goodness, I love you. I went after her HARD a few months ago, but it was just so time-consuming that I couldn't keep it up.
