Fandom Forecast

What the frick is the fandom forcast, you ask? Why, it’s my daily status on what fandoms I’m currently thinking about, making headcanons for, and willing to talk about *hint* *hint* Why didn’t I mention this until now? Well...I needed an excuse to list off all the fandoms I’m interested in so here it is.

i would like to go on the record for the fandom forecast re: that grinch post:

human/who!grinch is gonna become a Thing where the grinch is a skinny white dude with green hair

the Big Ship is going to be grinch/once-ler. grinch-ler.

i mean think about it we have a character who is already poor woobie boy 

and then a character who is MEAN JADED OLDER DUDE

whose heart is 2sizes2small

popular fandom trope will be once-ler fixing grinchy

second popular fandom trope will be grinch dragging once-ler into hell with him

who is, technically, a furry creation tho no one will admit to being goddamn furries

wait shit are people going to humanify max

"social experiment"

i feel like if you run a blog that isn't your personal blog, like a fuck yeah type blog or a fandom dedicated blog, you should keep the personal stuff to your personal blog. (unless it's signal boosting important things and you have more followers on the specific blog). i mean, it's your blog and you can do whatever, this is just how i feel. 

and yeah, i'm totally talking about the thing that fandom-forecast did with the guy's twitter. yes, he did a shitty thing to their friend by leading her on and then dumping her via text, but if he's not harassing her/anyone else on his twitter, then what was the point of reporting it? just to be petty and get back at him? then you're just stooping to his level of immaturity and your behavior is just as immature and petty as his. (they posted no proof or said anything about him harassing her/others, just that they wanted people to report his twitter just because he did the above shitty things to her.) i get being mad and wanting to stand up for your friend and all, but there are better ways to go about doing it.

plus deleting the post and then posting another text post calling it a social experiment and saying it was all about how fast people turn hostile towards one another is dumb. either you wanted him to get banned from twitter or this whole thing was just weird and stupid. (i didn't see any evidence of people being hostile. just of people reblogging and saying to let it go, move on, don't stoop to his level. now i don't know what kind of messages they received, if any, about it, but from what i saw, none of it was what i would call hostile.

plus that whole post about them not losing followers and aren't the rest of us mad about that? leads me to believe it wasn't a "social experiment" and just some angry/bitter people trying to get a jackass banned from twitter for petty/immature reasons.

i totally expect to lose followers and get angry anons about this.
