OK SO i have to say this cuz ppl looking in the wrong places for bs’d ‘foreshadowing’ (when really what ya’ll are looking at are parallels)...ANYWAY

I’ve seen people point out how White calls Steven/Pink ‘Starlight’ and it kept bothering me on why it was familiar and then it clicks cuz guess who else was nicknamed with a star name:

When you think about how between Marty and Greg, their dynamic isnt that far off from what we’ve seen with White and Steven, and alluding to how she must have treated Pink. Greg was a “Starchild” in Marty’s eyes cuz he had potential to get him some gain. He was gonna make it BIG, and he left it all for one person. 

Pink did the same, not for a person, but for one small planet in what is/was probably a tidbit in the Diamond Authority’s PLETHORA of conquered planets. Like really think about it: 

Like Pink must have gotten the same talk! Why worry over one planet when you can have a whole, if not multiple, systems of planets at your disposal?  White, Yellow, and Blue never considered what life had lived on their colonies.Nor to even break from destructive tradition of sucking life from planet to planet, tradition to demand utmost respect that was never earned from your followers, tradition to not think for yourself, and tradition to disregard empathy. But pink, despite her faults, noticed sentience in the life on earth that they deserved to exist as much as diamonds and gems alike did. Hence:  

I think this is a very interesting parallel to catch.

TL;DR: Pink was just as naive and free spirited as Greg, discovered empathy, and went against those that wanted to use her for gain in a grand scheme of things
