this post isn't *quite* ready for publication

the [specialized lingo] in this post obfuscates the main argument

this post would be more scholarly if it identified opponents with more specificity

this post makes no scholarly advancement on headcanon/canon

I am not sure if the author, who seems oblivious to me, is capable of engaging in a scholarly fashion on this topic

the point is academic reviewers are mean AF but this is tumblr so you don't have to be like them
