To be honest, unless it’s a blatant crackship, it’s rare for me to ship something really hard and not be invested in whether it becomes canon or not. EreAnnie is really refreshing to me in this respect, because despite loving their dynamic to the point that for the longest time, it was the only thing that really interested me in SNK, I never thought it would be canon. That lack of expectation pretty much liberated me and made it so I could enjoy the ride with no attachment to anything but Annie’s individual character. It’s so much more relaxing this way lol

Like 11 pages of nothing but Annie. She’s been back for a single chapter and she’s already the absolute best and my interest in SNK is on an all-time high.

Hello there I’m just quickly dropping by to say I still fucking love Annie and EreAnnie and if Isayama doesn’t let her out of the crystal this year I swear to God

I have been pretty much inactive for about two years and I can’t stop posting all of a sudden.

All my interests magically lined up in under one month: confirmation that Annie is still alive, Free! being back and thus my two swimming idiots, and now the confrontation I’ve been waiting for the last decade: Lizzy and O!Ciel, both knowing the other knows.

I feel blessed and it has been a while since I’ve had something to look forward to fandom-wise. Please let this last, amen.

I just found out Annie, queen of my heart and soul, has her own song. To top that off, it's fantastic and super insightful.

And since I'm as predictable as they come, I just had to see the EreAnnie.

What is freedom and to whom does life belong to? You don't think about such complicated things... You simply charge straight ahead. And I... was a little jealous of you.

No question about it: Annie's talking about Eren. Which means that this:

I had a dream... from within... a cold coffin... Will there ever come a day... when I... tell you this dream?

Is aimed towards Eren, too. Because these are the only two instancess where Annie outright talks to a “you” throughout her song; so the subject must be the same.
