PSA: DONT ASK ACTORS OR CREATORS ABOUT SHIPS PLEASE

I was just in the My Hero Academia panel at the Crunchyroll expo, and let me say a few things: it was absolutely wonderful except for one part. During the Q&A, people started asking about ships. “Will tododeku be canon?” “Do you guys ship tododeku?” “Who do you ship bakugou with?” PLEASE DONT DO THAT. PLEASE DONT ASK THE VOICE ACTORS WHO THEY SHIP OR IF A CERTAIN SHIP IS GOING TO BE CANON OR NOT. IT MAKES PEOPLE UNCOMFORTABLE. And during this specific panel, one of the moderators retaliated with their different ship for the character, saying to back off, and it was just really bad. The English voice actor for Bakugou said he doesn’t really focus on that as he doesn’t want it to affect how he plays the character. Just PLEASE. DONT ASK ABOUT SHIPS. People started to legit leave the panel because it was so bad. You can ship anything you want, neither me nor anyone else can tell you otherwise, but please don’t ask the actors or Horikoshi about it. It’s weird.
