In my tags I said I wanted a Klaine fic based on this post and then do you know what happened!?!

The sun was blinding and the water’s reflection of it did no help. Blaine struggled against the rope but struggling only led to a faster death so he stopped and stared at the retreating boat. The boat filled with his “friends” shook against the multitude of men huddled together. Blaine glared at them but that only caused laughter. “Thanks for taking one for the crew!” yelled Finn as he rowed the others to safety.  Blaine was sure this was the end, he started praying to whoever was listening. When he joined this adventure he was sure that he’d die from a sword and not because there was no room on the boat for him. The boat grew smaller and smaller from his sight and Blaine was losing hope. Nothing could save him now.  He closed his eyes knowing death would soon come. A few seconds later he hears a splash. “Probably a fish” Blaine thought. Another splash. Blaine sighed and opened his eyes. Someone was staring at him. Blaine let out a small scream as a man was in the water just a few feet away. Blaine looked at his chestnut brown hair and observed how his body seemed to be floating in the water. He was sure that this was no human.  Blaine’s heard tales about mythical creatures ever since he was a boy and even more so when he was traveling with Finn but he’d never seen a mermaid or a merman before. Still in shock, Blaine blinked at him and he was met with a dazzling smile.  The mast was still sinking, Blaine has to think fast. Without a second thought he blurted “Hi”. The merman tilted his head still with a smile on his face. “Uhm. Can you please help untie the rope” Blaine stuttered, talking as if speaking to a child. The merman took his hands out of the water and revealed a greenish specimen. Blaine thought it was a fish and frowned. The mythical creature swam forward and Blaine saw some sort of algae was on his hands and not a fish.  With the water still rising Blaine tried reasoning with him that he needed to be untied and didn’t need fish or algae. Frustration built up in him as the water was nearing his face. The merman still insisting that he eat the plant. “Don’t be stupid” Blaine said which earned him a frown from the other.  “This is the end. Goodbye world.” Blaine thought as the water was up to his jaw and he prepared his final breath of air. Just as he opened his mouth the merman dropped the plant and Blaine swallowed, surprised by the action. With a pair of hands on his mouth Blaine felt a tingling sensation in his legs. Within a few seconds the tingling spread to his whole body and without thinking Blaine took a breath.  He could breathe….underwater. The merman was still beside him and started working on untying the ropes. Blaine looked down and blinked a couple of times. His legs were gone. In it’s place was a green tail. The ropes fell off his body and continued sinking with the ship while Blaine was in complete shock.  “Hi I’m Kurt” Blaine shot his head toward the merman and realized that that sentence came out of his mouth. The merman- Kurt was waiting for a response and it took a while but Blaine replied “Hi I’m Blaine. Thank you for saving my life.” He could talk underwater and his voice sounded exactly the same.  “Am I going to stay a merman forever?” Blaine asked. “Come. Let me take you to the kingdom. I’ll tell you more when we get there.” Kurt replied and laced his fingers with Blaine’s. The two of them blushed as they swam toward the endless blue space.  (my apologies if that was crap! It’s close to midnight and I wanted to write something for you :) )
