Ok SO
The Western Isles are another name for the Herbrides. The Herbidres are off the Western coast of Scotland. The 'canon' BBC Merlin map has an arrow "to the Western Isles" 'left' of Camelot (whether or not that's due West), up from the isle of the blessed, up left from Odin's castle...
If we put Odin's castle near Fionnphort the Isle of the Blessed could be one of the tine ones west of the Isle of Mull, that could put Camelot near Fort William and Mercia near Cairngorms national park but that's all a lot waterier than we see in the show. The Fandom map has the Western Isles as Ireland, which works for some stuff but is still an issue of scale.. would that make the isle of the blessed the isle of man? Scottish Camelot could be great, but it's also great that it's in Wales, but real geography is going to go against canon one way or another, so do we make a custom map that's not based on the British isle or do we write Scottish Camelot or go full sacrilege and go Irish Camelot or do we.... Yes my lore dive is going completely predictably and no I'm not losing it over decades old decisions from a lore team that yoloed it at the best of time why do you ask...
