Hi there! I actually have part 3 (of what has become 4) open in another tab as I type this. I’m planning on posting part 3 for @tsubasachroniclemonth‘s ANGST Day - most of the reason it’s so late is because my laptop went and fried itself and it’s been out of commission for over a week and I’ve been playing catch up.

I’d say I have one more scene to bang out on part 3 and it should be done. If I’m really lucky and my muse is very kind I’ll even have it finished tonight (I work graveyard shift and only just got in, meaning I have all night to write). So fingers crossed and wish me luck!!

For fic titles: "In This Temple as in the Hearts of Man for Whom He Saved the Earth" (The Sufjan Steven song title haha)

i had to go listen to it (it’s here btw if anyone wants to listen to it as well) and while the song title could fit some sort of god AU, the song itself made me think of passing trains for some reason? more specifically, of a tiny moment in time when two trains going in opposite directions stop next to each other and passengers can see each other through the windows for like, a minute until one of the train leaves again.

now take two characters (mmmh i wonder who they could be) sitting in the same seats every morning, in the same trains, and every morning they have this 40 seconds of silent meeting in which the moment feels just like this song, floating and eerie and some days there’s shining light pouring through both the windows and some days it’s raining like hell but every day they’re here and they just… inhale… exhale… and then they’re gone. yeah

send me a fic title and I’ll tell you what I’d write with it
