Iceland is literally amazing. I was there last autumn with my class and it's such a beautiful country. Food is expensive, but their public swimming pools are cheap and something I really recommend, it's so amazing to go in a outdoor pool while the air is cold. Where in Iceland are you going? There's so many amazing thing to see there.

im staying in reykjavik and doing a couple of day trips to see all the scenery like the glaciers/volcanoes/lava fields/beach with black sand and it’s gonna be fuckin sick! ill be going to blue lagoon too! i’m gonna die of happiness

Headcanon that Lily's dad, and her granddad, and her great great granddad were all bakers and Lily's dad taught her how to bake, and she's like an amazing baker both cakes and bread. And Euphemia taught James how to cook when he was younger, because even though they had house elves at their house they always cooked themselves, and he became really great at it. So when James and Lily move together they spend so much time in the kitchen together.

Saw the people talking about the Marauders finding her, and I really like that idea. But I've always imagined it was Lily and Remus who found her while doing their rounds together.

yes!!! lily takes her to the hospital wing, remus continues on and goes back to the common room and sirius is like forty minutes later ‘so, how was rounds?’

and remus is like ‘it was okay, found a couple snogging on the third floor. oh and we found mary macdonald, she’d been cursed by mulciber so lily took her to the hospital wing’

and sirius just spits out like idek tea (can you drink tea in the common room? I SHOULD HOPE SO) and is like ‘WHAT? YOU TELL ME THIS NOW?’ and drags remus and james with him to the hospital wing
