Yeah, Lestat won! I love Louis, but he's a reluctant vampire who laments his human life and prefers cats and rats instead of human blood. Lestat OWNS being a vampire, even though his life was stolen from him and he was forced to become a vampire. But regardless of that, Lestat is the quintessential Euro trash vampire who is powerful and loves being himself.

1. How does your character think of their father? What do they hate and love about him? What influence - literal or imagined - did the father have?

Her father was a pureblood, and not a man of any great esteem. He was pure, but he never acted noble, never acted the way that Bronte wanted him to. She and Walden had become more of each other’s family than their parents ever were - she rocked him to sleep, she told him stories, they supported each other. Dad was never a fan of the lifestyle of purebloods - using magic all the time for anything, for everything - and so, when he met their mother, who had similar views, they tried to raise their children the same. 

It backfired; Bronte pushed Walden into believing the same as her - they were magical, purebloods, and deserved to be seen the same as high society wizards and witches. They deserved to be allowed to use their magic for chores and cooking and whatever they wanted. She loves that he gave her a brother, and beyond that, she actively defied everything he has ever done. She is nothing like him. 

This is what she tells herself. She shares his compulsiveness, entirely, and his ability for imaginative language. Like him, she’s a Hufflepuff. 

3. Brothers, sisters? Who do they like? Why? What do they despise about their siblings?

There is nothing she despises about Walden. 

On occasion she has wished that she had another sibling - a sister - but she doesn’t think she could handle another one, if they were like Walden. He is a lot to handle, but she’s learned the way to break him out of his delusions and hallucinations, one of the only to be able to bring him back from the brink. 

He is her only family. She would protect him with her life - lie for him, die for him. If they are ever to be caught as death eaters, she will force him to say that he was under her control through the imperius curse.
