HUD houses are much easier to win for investors than other government or bank-owned REOs. This strategy may seem counter intuitive, but our research proves that it works for many Columbus home buyers.
Following HUD's model, Fannie Mae is now accepting online offers on Fannie Mae Homes for Sale. Unlike with HUD homes, you have to submit a completed purchase contract together with your online offer, which makes the process more complicated.
