felt like drawing poppy from that one fantage post i did a while back. then the other day i was like omg i wanna draw splash art like in r1999. anyway this is poppy in her peacock ensemble! tried looking for fantage outfit pieces but none caught my eye, but everyone in fantage would show off a good variety of styles anyway.
