Meppet. I had a very important realization: Since Martin is a doggy in your recent fic, does that mean Chris is a kitty in your next potential work? (Also: the Cats & Dogs episode confirmed the difference)

I just had a realization: Galvans are an amphibious species given their frog-like appearance, meaning that they have a nesting instinct like any animal that builds nests as a home for themselves and their young despite being an advanced species. Does that mean if Albedo becomes a parent, (if he wanted to) he would have that nesting instinct and go into that parental overdrive once he finds out that he's got children on the way?

Seeing as I am not currently a Galvan the answer is no.

I doubt this body would carry such instincts, with human males being so removed from the nurturing process.

(Yes. Albedo would get so broody and particular when the family is expecting. He would tear apart the "nesting" room and reorganize it multiple times. Then aggressively fortify the defenses of the home. Finally he would pace anxiously until his mate deemed the nest safe and comfortable. And then unfortunately he would begin the process all over again. He's such a perfectionist)

This has been bouncing around my head recently, but the image of Albedo discovering Renaissance Fairs exist and becoming fascinated by the fact that he can buy weapons from them and trying to convince whoever he's with to buy a concerning number of them.

Hahah that's so good. Mun grew up going to Renfairs. Those are my bread and butter.

Albedo would love the dramatic interactions and stage shows. He would in fact decide to add blacksmithing to his repertoire immediately.

((Probably try to make a better sword than Azimuth while he's at it.))

He also would go absolutely feral for jousting and tournaments. I feel like Galvans love intellectual challenges and use puzzles for courting, the harder the better. For Albedo acting is a challenge and he loves the attention.
