(PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: I wrote these all out at 2 am in the early morning so forgive me if it sounds awkward/not making sense at some parts)

Q: what's the premise
A: So these people can willingly shapeshifte into animals. (CUZ OF THE ATMOSPHERE) They're different from other people, weird, have some type of power. Some remember coming from a distant planet, but most forget where they were from. They're on this endless plain
Q: simplified backstory?
A: their previous planet was decimated and they were one of the only surviving pods. They find more people while traversing this open plain / forest patches / weird field ahh world
Q: more on the human's biology on this planet?
A: their genes change from being there change a bit (WHICH ALSO EXPLAINS ANIMAL THING BECAUSE PSYCHE/MEMORIES/SOUL CONNECTS TO BODY)
Q: anyone that lives in this planet that ISNT human? Like ppl native to this new planet?
A: OH OH OH there's a few animals that are from this place that are dangerous. They're transform into forms that they create or that they see in your thoughts, so if they read your mind they become an amalgamation of ur yknow psyche
They could turn into a mix of ur mom + a deer + a polar bear + their own thing. They transform and have a semi-consciousness but nothing like a humans, Only instinct and usually mad and wanting to eat you.
Though babies are usually calmer so they
COULD be turned into like dogs like pet-ified (domesticated I remembered the word-) if you wanted to hehe (Burdock + Prim would take one as a pet)
Q: why do these ppl turn into specific animals?
Why aren't they all just dogs or smthn?
A:Everyone's body chemistry and genes and soul and memory is different so that's why they each turn into different animals from Warth (earth misspelled but whatevs it's canon now specifically:)
Q: where do the cast life (live)
A:They use the pods they exploded out of to make stuffsssss like houseseeeesss and natureeee
Q: souls?
A: souls. They're depicted physically, like a ball of light? Possible change! tho
