I was going to go to sleep like 20 mins ago but I got distracted with bullets, now I’m gonna go listen to black parade and cry

LOOK, i explain this to everyone who raises their damned eyebrows about me being almost 20 and not having my license, it is SO NOT MY FAULT that maryland’s requirements for teens getting their licenses are SO INCREDIBLY STRINGENT and that by the time i was even OLD ENOUGH to do driver’s ed and get my permit i had MOVED TO MASSACHUSETTS where i was NOT a resident and had no access to a car and was henceforth never in maryland for longer than like six weeks at a time and therefore could not even get my fuckening permit! conspiracy!
