Final Fantasy X - The Farplane (Maysketchday 6/31)

The farplane as a vision of the afterlife has stuck with me these past 20 years. A surreal dreamscape with beautiful natural imagery is my kind of heaven 💙

Finally got around to uploading this, 2 weeks after drawing it! Trying to draw the farplane was an interesting challenge, and you can probably tell where I gave up on the flower field as trying to find refs that showed each flower in detail was difficult to put it mildly. I am pretty happy with how this turned out, still need to work on making sure the character shading matches the environment but it's getting there!
