Following the guidelines I have set up in my #energeticstressrelief program (#ESR), Brandon has shaved nearly 2:00 off his 5-mile run from just 2 short weeks ago with a blistering pace of 6:08/mile. He’s got his sights set on qualifying for the 2020 Olympics (His distance is the 800-meter). We are building up his endurance for the 800 come Indoor season.
