Brandon is truly a beast. Today’s run in Central Park around the big loop. The loop is not easy especially, the Westside filled with hills and his pace per mile is insane. Some may look at his times and say, “Wow what kind of training is he doing?” The truth of the matter is we train his energy systems and we focus on his recovery. We keep his #qi #energy flowing through his meridians which allows his #dna ( #innatehealer ) to re-code and re-program the cells promoting faster recovery and reducing inflammatory cytokines ( Think of spontaneous remission of disease ) Brandon meditates two hours every day. He has a morning practice of 30m light yoga which melts “The Fuzz” @gilhedleysomanaut #fascialtissue that has hardened over night. Therefore, the body is required to remove the old stuck ground water within the cells and process the waste allowing the cell to uptake new water after he drinks 32 ounces of #berkeyfilteredwater boosting his energy. And the most important aspect of his training is that we practice #loisbreathing, and hailing and exhaling through the nose only.
