Did 2 days on the fast then had to eat because was in so much pain and my pain killers from doctor I can only take with food because they are so strong. Will prob have to eat tomorrow because of my tablets but going to eat as little as possible then hopefully Saturday I can carry on with my fast fingers crossed! Lost 6lbs on a 2 day fast
