I wish I could get the kazetsuyo manga, but the anime just used such different character designs that I can’t get into it. Manga Haiji I can still see as Haiji (and he’s still pretty, which is nice), but the impression that manga Kakeru gives off, looks-wise, is so completely different from that of anime Kakeru that I just cannot see them as the same character at all
#ebw.op#kazetsuyo#i'm disappointed bc it would def be easier for me to read than the novel#faster too#it takes me ~2 mo. to finish one 250-pg novel when i read every day#and this is 600 pgs#though it has been over half a year since then and my comprehension and stamina have increased since then#even if i don't think my reading speed itself has#so i dunno it might not take 5 mos - assuming i don't spend all my reading time on other stuff instead#and i'm currently deep into hq and have 3 other novels in progress so i don't wanna start another just yet#no matter how much this one or the cdd one taunts me lmao
