So I had a cheat day last week and I wanted to try something new and I decided to do this here. I ate avocado for 3 days doing OMAD, first I drink my BPC usually about 4pm then make smoothie (1avocado, spinach, 1 tbsp of coconut oil, 2 tbsp of HWC, drop of stevia, pinch of sea salt, coconut milk or water and ice) together. Sometimes I just cut the avocado and eat, eating 2 avocado a day.
