I know I haven’t been doing much by way of writing lately, but I have a post that I’m working on concerning something that happened to me recently that I need to get rid of - writing about my trauma always seems to help. 

But things I have been working on? Burlesque-y stuff. However. I’m incredibly limited to what I can do until I am either VERY rich, or get assistance by way of donations and wish list purchases. 

The photos in this set are some items that I would love to have for an act I’m working on based on the story of Medusa. It seems rather fitting in the theme of “they keep trying to destroy me but it only makes me stronger”. Story of my life.

I’ve been working hard at my day job but it’s barely enough as it is. I want to start submitting for additional performances, but I need more costume pieces for that. I’d also love a simple sewing machine to help me do costuming, and WAY MORE GEM TAC.

I’ve been writing about this extensively on my Instagram (which, btw, if you’re not following me there, you really should be!) but there was so much power and energy in this for me.

I was invited to join the stage with so many amazing and talented people that night who were all talented beyond words, beautiful, and kind.

The femme energy from that night was so powerful that my body made changes the next day!

I want to again, thank Dainty Smith for inviting me to perform and teaching me about tenderness in a new way, Ravyn Wngs for continuously inspiring me and coaching my movement in a way that worked for my broken body, to Belle Jumelles for being my proud burlesque mom (you can hear her yelling through the whole video), and Samantha who’s become such an amazing friend and records all my shows and tells me how even Beyoncé Giselle Knowles Carter gets nervous so my feelings are valid too.

Sharing the stage with my classmate Joy, and the bevy of beautiful and talented people just made me want to do more, work harder, and blossom into a burlesque princette.

Thank you Zyra Lee Vanity, Scorpio Rising, Sze-yang, Irmita LeDulce, Betsy Swoon, Vivi the Vamp, Ivory, Babia Majora, Sultana, Imogen Quest, and Johnny B. Goode. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to share my virginity with. 😘💕💖✊🏻.
