Fat dancers are awesome and no one can convince me otherwise
Ralph McQuarrie sketch of Yarna d’al’ Gargan (played by Claire Davenport) for Return of the Jedi, 1983.
No more laziness. No more excuses. Only hard work and patience.
I have a dream to fulfill, and goals to achieve.
My least favorite thing as a fat dancer is knowing that people see me come out to perform and are already making assumptions about my ability based on my weight before I even start dancing.
My ultimate goal as a fat dancer is to have their jaws drop in shock as I shatter their preconceived ideas of what a fat dancer can do.
Got a new camera. Evidently it taken potato quality images. Oh well. I wish I had something inspirational to say, but honestly it’s been rough lately. Sometimes dance is the only thing that keeps me sane. So as always, I’ll just keep on dancing.
