Fermentation has settled down... but I'm going to stick to the schedule on this one and I'm not going to rack until Sunday (2 weeks) ... If I feel up to it... I have a rugby game and subsequent "Drink Up" on Saturday.

Presidents Day = 10gallon Brew Day
Presidents Day means I get a day off of work! It also means I have time to Brew another beer!
Using Northern Brewer (Phat Tyre Ale Kit) x2 to Brew a 10 gallon batch of what I'm going to dub "The Fat Five" in keeping with my rugby theme.
I just noticed but found a little odd that the two extact kits had different malt extracts with them... One containing 6lbs of Munich the other 6lbs of amber... Both correct on inventory sheet... Hrmm
