Wake up call today. @this-incredible-journey and I tried out an F45 class tonight. It kicked my butt. Which is good and bad, it gave me mixed feelings. There was a time when that would have been a normal class for me. It made me feel bad about myself. It definitely makes sense, it's been a few years since I have regularly been doing those classes like that and it's been a very hard 12 months, blah, blah, blah... It makes me wonder if that kind of shape is thing of the past for me now though and I should to be looking at bridge clubs, golf and bowling leagues... I know I will be giving it a a least a couple more tries. Need to work that free week yo.
