I have spent so much time and effort trying to figure out what I wanted my goals to be the first month back into my fitness journey. After all that time and energy I failed on my first day back. *I committed to 30 days straight in the gym. I went two days in a row and didn't make it today. I felt like a failure. After having a long talk with my bf I've decided that I was trying to go too hard, too fast. I'm making some changes to the goals😁 Hey it's still August 1st . . .
