3 types of PDX Sliders - Front and center is the Steel, Double beef, american cheese, caramelized onions and aioli on brioche. Behind that is the Sellwood, beef, bacon, Beecher’s aged cheddar, caramelized onions and aioli on brioche. The one hanging out in the back is the Hawthorne, beef, bacon, goat cheese and strawberry preserves on brioche. That saying of “OMG, they’re so cute I just wanna eat them up” pretty much explains what happened when these were brought to the table. PDX Sliders has been touted as one of the top 10 (or top 5, depending on which publication you talk to) burger joints in the country.
