First post! Newlyweds starting fitness

Hello Tumblr!! I’m Belle. I got married yesterday, and today starts a year of fitness work for my new husband Gabe and me. We’ve both wanted to get stronger and carry less fat around, and last year we actually managed to get me fifty pounds down using the ketogenic (LC/HF) diet! I fell off the wagon a few months ago and have slowly crept back up a bit, but now that the big day is done we’re focusing on our goal! 

G is my rock. He’s the one who discovered keto through a rock climbing podcast (whoops accidental pun) and convinced me it was worth a shot. He was also the one helping me stick to my goals instead of pigging out sometimes! Our approach to fitness is partner-based, meaning in this blog will have some emphasis on communication and trust. Sometimes it’s hard to hear your partner nudge you to put down the brownie, but keeping each other accountable can be an incredible tool to help you achieve your fitness goals.
