I don't write often these days, but I do some roleplay on a French Fateforge forum : Le Grimoire d'Eana. It's old school, but fun and quite refreshing. So here's the original quote in French :

D'un geste lent, Elindine referma le livre de compte et s'appuya sur la reliure en observant le prêtre d'un œil intéressé.

And here's an English translation

In a slow movement, Elindine closed the account book and leant on the cover, watching the cleric with one curious eye.

So, was anyone going to tell me what amazing depth Fateforge Grimoire brings to spellcasting and the effect it has on surroundings and caster themselves, or I was supposed to discover it by accidentally coming across bunch of Homebrew book PDFs myself?
