"S4M" Review

…Rapidly becoming known as a label of note, Faux Discx’s latest offering marks the recording debut of Brighton-based Teardrop Factory. The lo-fi trio artfully cocoon you in a fuzzy haze of dipped vocals, catchy, moody hooks and reverbed electric guitar. Part trippy psych, part brooding shoegaze, each of this debut EP’s four tracks comes perfectly concocted in three-minute arrangements that are just enough to satisfy the aural tastebuds without dragging it out into an elongated bore-fest. EPs are always like a little sample taster for the ‘big album’ to follow: Teardrop Factory’s is one to anticipate.
