Noticed
I write on tumblr as a way to speak without being noticed personally and it’s nice. I can state honest opinions and preferences. But today one of my favorite authors liked one of my posts and wow just wow! I was so excited and happy! I felt noticed but in a good way.

Do you want to know why Jane Austen is my favorite author of all time? I’ll tell you. Every character she writes, every minor plot point, every line, has such a powerful reality. She perfectly captures human nature in a way that is not at all philosophical or symbolic like other novels. Rather, she shows it in a simple conversation between a man and woman, or two sisters. The simplicity of a Jane Austen novel is what elevates it to a level that no other author has been able to do. So yeah, Jane Austen is my favorite author for a reason.
