Favourite Edith costume in cpeak?
Oh boy that's hard.
Probably the Nancy Drew dress:
I love the pops of black in her clothing, and I feel like they speak to an aspect of her character that often gets overlooked: she's not just a Sweet, Innocent Ingenue(TM). She was already drawn to darkness, on some level, before she ever met the Sharpes- she's a Gothic novelist, for pity's sake.
Honorable mention goes to her Buffalo nightwear. Only briefly seen, but never forgotten:
The "butterfly" nightgown is pretty, but this set just looks so much more comfortable. like to imagine that, in an OT3 scenario, she eventually goes back to to wearing it more often than the silk, for exactly that reason. (Bonus: velvet is extra-soft for my favorite OT3 fluff situation to imagine: Library Fireside Couch Snuggles.)
(Don't judge me. You have to give your deeply unhealthy, partially-incestuous Gothic triad SOME fluffy moments, right?)
