What's your favorite fabric?

I end up working with silk a lot, because most of the events I go to are balls. And I do like silk, especially silk habotai (though it's hell to wrangle). Velvet is also very nice, and cotton voile combines the sewing ease of cotton with the delicacy of lightweight silk.
