Been thinking about Fairytaleverse character designs for different Stories/timelines. This is QC playing what is not the classic theatrical villain role. It’s for a Story where he’s more of a side character to one of Robin’s tales and lives in the woods offering spells and assistance on the off chance you stumble into his neck of the forest— *and* he likes you.
