"Hey! Hi! You!” Rachel’s arm waved in the air, map in her hand flailing with her as she flagged down the nearest person on the street. Normally she enjoyed the thrill of adventure in searching for her destination in foreign places.But right now, Rachel had a time limit. No time for strolling through small streets, discovering interesting shops or meandering through parks. She darted into a jog and rushed forward until she reached the person, hand landing on their shoulder.
Somewhere in the back of her mind, Rachel hoped she didn’t just scare the person half to death. Having some foreigner flag you down and race up to you probably counted as creepy. But again, time limit. Rachel had a concert to catch.

how is this something I’ve never herd of? I always thought being tasered just bent get shot or stabbed with one of those electric blocks. Isn’t taxing something to do with money? is this one of those ‘bat’ but it’s an animal not a toy thing? Thank you for trying to explain to me.
