“Freddy! Freddy, are you there?!”
Gregory’s terrified calling is cut off by a gasp, and sounds of two sets of running feet. He had wanted to prove himself stronger than some little kid. He’s big and tough and- and he’s a damn idiot for going too far in the plex without Freddy. If he lives past the hour then the bear can scold him when they reunite. Practically gasping for air, his chest burning just as bad as the large bruise on his cheek and the cut sending red down his arm.
Diving under one of the cloth covered tables in the atrium, desperately pressing buttons on his watch to let the bear know where he is before both hands have to cover his mouth to muffle his struggling breathing. He can hear her, walking nearby.
“Grreeggooorryy. It was just a glitch, I promise. Come out and we can go back to your family together. “
The red from him now decorates the knife she wields, part of it dripping staining the white cloth of the rabbit.
