I actually got Stevo to work out with me!!!
I managed to get off my ass and:
- Run 2.33miles in 26minutes and 23seconds. First day using Zombies, run! I wasnt used to longer breaks of walking. But DAMN did I learn my lesson to not wait until late in the day to run any more. Summer is comming, and my face was on fire by the time I got home :(
- Fitness Blender Get Moving! Easy Calorie Burning Cardio Warm Up Workout (5mins)
- Fitness Blender Six Pack Burn Out - Intense Abs Workout (17mins) I felt the burn but I wouldn’t call it extreme.
- Fitness Blender Brutal Butt and Thigh Workout for Fat Burning and Lean Muscle Building (36mins) Felt pretty awkward during this workout. This is probably one of those where I need to improve my arm strength to help my form.
