Artificial Sweeteners Suck Yes you heard me . Artificial sweeteners suck, they're no good, trash. Why? Because any product with Artificial sweetener in it tastes bad. Not only that they make you(well me) nauseas and the aftertaste lingers for hours afterward leading to more nausea. That's not even the worst. They can also make you feel bloated, crampy and farty. Is it really worth all that? There are sugars out there that are "healthier". You don't have to reach for white sugar if you don't need to or want to. These other sugars are different because they are not processed like white sugar. Examples of this are organic cane sugar and coconut sugar. They are low on the glycemic index and are a ok for diabetics. Better for you and still sugar. I don't really have a problem with some natural sweeteners such as stevia but the majority of the time you are not getting pure stevia. You are getting the processed version of it and therefore is no better than regular processed sugar. The big bad villain of all artificial sweeteners is Sucralose. There are little to no benefits and might actually cause harm. And unfortunately this is used in almost anything touted as an alternative to sugar. They are found in protein powders, protein bars and other foods. It can also be used in baking. Yuck! Like I said there is a major aftertaste and can make you feel like shit all around. The sellers want you to think its a derivative of sugar but it's not, not even close. It was actually discovered while trying to create a new insecticide! Ew!! It also contains Chlorine and is 600 times sweeter than sugar. So as you can see now Artificial sweeteners do indeed suck. Stay away and enjoy some real sugar!! Yum!!

YES I do love my food😂😋 Post-workout lunch, I did at home cardio workout this morning & I haven't worked out in almost 3 weeks, part from a few walks & it felt so good!💪🏻 Just went through a bit of a rough period & completely lost all my motivation for everything😩 These things happen, I was more stressed out about not doing any exercise, instead of just doing it!!💃🏻 But look I'm sure I'm not the only one............!
