TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY I’m Angie, 38, wife of an amazingly supportive husband, #1 fan of the Chicago Cubs, Mother to 3 great kids , MS Warrior, hardworker, and a great friend/aunt/sister to many people I cherish in my life, I love to spend time hiking, particularly in one of Missouri's trails Having very active teenagers, and a husband that serves our country and then go to work everyday, I was finding myself sitting around a lot ‘watching’ them be active while I became more and more passive. 2015 hit hard. Multiple Sclerosis Turning 36 made me re-think my lifestyle choices: who I wanted to be from a health perspective, and who I was.... It didn't add up and wasn't matching. I didn’t want to ‘watch’ life go by, I wanted to participate more in it. It was time to take control! Although I officially joined Oakville FBBC on September 26, as a GIFT to myself, but I feel I REALLY committed myself to a change in lifestyle soon after. Bootcamp was THE BEST decision/gift I ever gave myself. It was life changing in so many positive ways I have lost pounds, inches, & body fat! Since joining bootcamp, I have gained so much: energy; strength; confidence; an amazing support system – so many INSPIRING WOMEN and MEN alike; making better food choices; that small change at a time is all it takes! Trying new things: completed a warrior dash...LOVED it; bought a new dress! The coaches and support staff are the REAL difference for me personally, especially with Nicole as the FBBC owner. They are all unique in their styles which I love. But they are ALL so inspiring, motivating, positive, encouraging, inclusive! They constantly pick you up and push you to do MORE. The affirmations and acknowledgment of small successes that THEY notice (like my tush) and compliment you on are the game changers for me! Their intimate knowledge and experience training, gives me 100% confidence that my ‘health’ is in great hands. So grateful I had courage to walk through those doors. #ofbbc #fbbc4life #fbbcstrongandunstoppable #fitness #fitnessmotivation #fitnessinspiration #multiplesclerosis #letsdothis #nopainnogain #oakvillestrong #best30minutesofyourday #getitdone
